Day 1: Fes – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
Travel from Fes toward Erg Chebbi dunes, crossing Ifran, Azrou opportunity to see the monkeys in the forest, stop at Midelt for lunch, and continuation to Erfoud via the Ziz valley and Errachidia. We will visit the fossils museum and we will cross a desert landscape towards the dunes of Merzouga!
Your camel guide will take you on camel back to the high dunes of Erg Chebbi. You admire the magnificent dunes as well as the magical sunset. Dinner and night under the Berber tents. See the stars in the Sahara sky.
Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
Breakfast and we leave on camels at the foot of the dunes.
Then we continue our Fes Sahara trip to Rissani, visit the Molay Ali Chrif Alaoui mausoleum, and continue to Erfoud, visit the fossil museum and continue to the Todra gorges Pass by Jorf, we stop to take beautiful photos in the palm grove and we continue towards the spectacular Todra Gorges. Here you will have lunch, continue via Tinghir towards Boumalne Dades, to take magnificent photos of the valley. Dinner and night at the inhabitant in the gorges of Dadès.
Day 3: Dades Gorges – Skoura palm grove – Ouarzazate – Ait ben haddou – Zagora
We will travel to Zagora, during this Fes Sahara trip we will visit the Roses water cooperative in Kelaa Mgouna, then we continue to the palm grove of Skoura, from there we pass by Ouarzazate to the famous kasbah Ait ben haddou, guided visit of the kasbah, then continue to Zagora. Pass by the beautiful Ait Soaunen mountain, then our journey continues through the Draa valley to reach the Zagora palm grove. Dinner and night in a local hotel.
Day 4: Zagora – Chegaga Dunes
The trip will continue towards the Chegaga dunes crossing beautiful desert landscapes, stop at Tamgrout to visit the workshops of pottery and continue towards Mhamid, you admire the Sharian landscape, then you arrive at the Chegaga dunes. Admiring the sunset in the sandy sea and spend the wandful night in the desert camp.
Day 5: Chagaga Dunes – Iriki dry lac – Taznakht – Amrzgan – Marrakech
After breakfast we will leave for Marrakech, passing by the dry lake Iriki, visit the Berber village Taznakht where you discover the Berber carpets, then we will continue to Amrzgan village, from there we will follow the magnificent road which crosses the High Atlas mountains, we will drop you off at your accommodation in Marrakech.
